The Knowledge Authority won two international prizes within the “Best Business Awards” in the United Kingdom

The Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai won two international awards within the “Best Business Awards” in the United Kingdom for the year 2025, in the fields of upgrading the quality of education in the private school system in Dubai, and promoting the happiness of customers.

The authority won the “Best Business” award in appreciation of its efforts to improve the quality of education in the emirate through the application of quality guarantee frameworks within the school control system, which resulted in the achievement of concrete results in improving the quality of education for students who belong to multiple nationalities and receive their education in schools that apply various educational curricula.

The Authority also won the “Best in Caring for Dealers” award for its success in implementing the process of digital transformation, which strengthened the experience of customers in private educational institutions in the Emirate of Dubai, based on a systematic study of the customer’s trip and redesign it, with the introduction of self -service tools, and is built about 95 % of services, which contributed to providing a smooth and smart service characterized by transparency.

This shift has been evident to the customers’ mobility, which improved the experience of customers significantly, and contributed to the decrease in the number of complaints by 35% during the first quarter of the year 2025, and the increase in the happiness index to 96%.
