The Saudi German Health Group enhances its cooperation with Mayo Clinic

The Saudi German Health Group has announced a new strategic step that reflects its commitment to developing health care services in the region, through the official joining of the Saudi German Hospital – Ajman officially to the Mayo Clinic Network, in a qualitative expansion that makes the group the largest gathering of network members in the Middle East.
The announcement came during a ceremony held at the hospitality center in the Emirates in Ajman, under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Majid bin Saeed Al -Nuaimi, Head of the Court of His Highness the Ruler of Ajman, and in the presence of high -ranking officials from the group and “Mayo Clinic”.
Makarem Sobhi Al -Battari, Chairman and Vice -President of the Saudi German Health Group, stressed that this step represents a “new promise to the group towards its patients,” adding: “We believe that cooperation with Mayo Clinic will give our patients the opportunity to get the best levels of care locally, thanks to the integration of our regional experience and the global experience of Mayo Clinic. This is the essence of our permanent mission: we take you as our people.”
The Petroji pointed out that the group seeks, by 2030, to be the first special provider for health care in quality and excellence at the level of the Emirates and the Arab world, pointing out that the next three years will witness the joining of six additional hospitals from Saudi Arabia and the UAE to the Mayo Clinic Network, to form a comprehensive and unprecedented medical system
For his part, Dr. Ahmed Issa, CEO of the group – Emirates, explained that this cooperation places the Saudi German -Ajman Hospital in an advanced position in the field of medical innovation, and said: “The relationship with Mayo Clinic opens new horizons to combine global experience and a deep understanding of the needs of our local society, which is reflected directly in improving people’s lives and enhances the state’s position as a regional pioneer in the health sector.”
This cooperation is expected to contribute to developing advanced specialized sponsorship, especially in the field of heart disease, as it is one of the urgent priorities at the level of Emirati society.
As for Dr. Eric Moore, Medical Director of Mayo Clinic International and head of the head and neck surgery in Mayo Clinic – Minnesota, he said: “This cooperation reflects a real commitment to support clinical transformation and exchange of knowledge. We together raise care standards and provide concrete value to patients and societies in the region.”
According to the agreement, cooperation will begin with specialized programs for clinical transformation, with annual assessments carried out by Mayo Clinic experts in the group’s hospitals, aimed at raising the safety of patients, efficiency of operations and developing leadership capabilities, provided that these experiments are circulated through all network hospitals to achieve uniform standards comparable to the best globally.
