Jennifer Aniston…a silent battle with childbearing that lasted for two decades

After years of rumors and speculation about the reason for her lack of children, American star Jennifer Aniston decided to finally tell her true story, putting an end to what she described as “painful assumptions.”

In an emotional interview with British magazine Harper’s Bazaar, Aniston (56 years old) revealed that she had gone through a long and difficult journey of trying to conceive, speaking frankly for the first time about her experiences with artificial insemination.

“People were making up stories about me without knowing what I had been through over the past 20 years,” she said. “They said I was selfish and a workaholic, but no one knew the truth.”

The famous star of the Friends series confirmed that she had undergone failed insemination attempts and wished she had frozen her eggs earlier.
She added: “It was a journey full of hope and disappointment, but it made me stronger.”

Aniston separated from actor Brad Pitt in 2005 after five years of marriage, amid talk about the beginning of Pitt’s relationship with Angelina Jolie, before she later entered into a six-year relationship with actor Justin Theroux that ended in 2017.

Despite everything she faced, the actress said: “What matters to me today is who knows who I really am. My family and friends know me well, and I don’t care what is said next.”

At the conclusion of her speech, she described the rumors about her rejection of motherhood as an “absolute lie,” stressing that her desire to be a mother never faded, but she simply faced a harsh biological reality with silence and dignity.
