The United Arab Emirates University has achieved a new academic achievement by ranking first in the country, and entering the “201-250” category globally in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2026, sharing first place locally with Khalifa University and Abu Dhabi University, which reflects its position as a leading global academic and research institution.

The Cultural Advisor to His Highness the President of the State, Supreme President of the United Arab Emirates University, Dr. Zaki Anwar Nusseibeh said that this achievement reflects the sustainable approach adopted by the university in developing its academic and research environment, and embodies its vision of being a scientific center that contributes to building a knowledge society.

He said that the UAE University’s progress in the global university rankings is the result of its commitment to the vision of our wise leadership, which has made education and scientific research a pillar of the country’s development and prosperity.
