«Clubs for Sports» signs a lease contract to build two sports centers for 54.9 million riyals
Today, Al-Nadi Sports Company signed a lease contract to build two sports centers in the city of Al-Khobar, as part of its expansion plans to increase the number of branches and enhance its presence in various regions of the Kingdom.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"It signed the contract with Abdul Rahman Saleh Al Rajhi & Partners Limited, a one-person company.
She added that the value of the contract is 54.9 million riyals, while the land lease will be for a period of 21 years and 6 Gregorian months.
She added that the land is located on Bashar Bin Burd Street, Olaya District, in Al-Khobar, with a total area of 5,455 square meters.
She reported The contract is to build and operate two sports centers (Body Masters and Body Motions), while the total building areas will reach approximately 5,550 square meters for the two centers, in addition to approximately 8,000 square meters allocated for parking.
The positive financial impact of this project will begin upon the completion of the construction of the two sports centers, in the first quarter of 2027 AD, as expected.
