The National Bank of Bahrain successfully concludes its participation in the Future of FinTech Forum 2025

National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) recently participated in the Future of FinTech Forum 2025 (FF25) as a Diamond Sponsor, confirming its support for this prominent event in the Kingdom’s FinTech sector for the third year in a row. The forum was organized by the Bahrain Economic Development Board, in cooperation with the Central Bank of Bahrain and The Economist Impact, and with the support of Bahrain FinTech Bay.

The National Bank of Bahrain participated during the two-day forum, where joint cooperation was strengthened with financial technology innovators, regulators, and institutions concerned with the system as a whole. Mr. Othman Ahmed, CEO of the Group, also participated in a prestigious dialogue session entitled “The Future of Digital Assets.”

National Bank of Bahrain hosted a dedicated pavilion showcasing its growing portfolio of fintech-related services and products, including Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) capabilities, cash management platforms, and integrated financial infrastructure. The pavilion witnessed a large turnout of visitors, including current and potential clients, and partners of financial technology companies from inside and outside the Kingdom. Members of the National Bank of Bahrain team also held strategic meetings and concluded a number of high-level memorandums of understanding in order to enhance cooperation in establishing a comprehensive and advanced local financial system.

The National Bank of Bahrain’s sponsorship and active participation in the Future of Financial Technology in its edition this year reflects the extent of its strategic commitment to supporting the national innovation agenda, and its constant keenness to contribute its role to enhancing digital transformation at the level of the banking and finance sector in the Kingdom.
