"Dubai Culture" Opens the door to participate in the International Conference on Digital Arts
Dubai, 10 October / WAM / The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority announced the opening of participation in the International Conference on Digital and Emerging Arts 2026 (ISEA), which is hosted by Dubai, from 10 to 19 April, with the aim of exploring the horizons of the intersection between arts, science and technology, and anticipating the future of digital arts, as part of the authority’s efforts to strengthen the digital creativity system in the emirate.
The conference comes in line with Dubai’s digital arts strategy, which seeks to empower talented people, develop digital infrastructure, and enhance education and training in this field.
Dubai Culture invited artists, researchers and content makers to participate in their innovative works in the fields of animation, video, experimental media, photography, interactive performances and public arts, under the slogan “Al Yah: Arts that connect place, data and identity.” The Authority also invited researchers and practitioners to submit their research papers and presentations to participate in the dialogues, workshops and discussion sessions included in the conference, with applications to be received until November 24th via the website isea-2026.isea-international.org.
The conference is organized in cooperation with Zayed University, and focuses on four main axes: “Weaving digital constellations,” “Dialogues between worlds,” “Environmental-technological futures,” and “Interconnected worlds,” with expected participation ranging between 200 and 500 innovators from around the world.
