المملكة: Lifting the ban on importing poultry meat and eggs from Poland
Declared For the global health situation, and based on the official reports issued by the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH), which reported the complete control of the outbreak of highly virulent avian influenza in those areas, led by the Ludzki District.
The authority explained that its decision was based on a comprehensive study and risk assessment, taking into account the recommendations of the World Organization for Animal Health. contained in Article 10.4 of the Terrestrial Animal Health Constitution, which specifies the conditions and procedures followed for areas declared free of the disease, ensuring Safety of imported products.
Based on these data and follow-ups, the Authority issued its official decision No. “13636/10” dated 8 Rabi’ al-Akhir 1447 AH, corresponding to September 30, 2025 AD, to lift the ban and allow the resumption of importing shipments of poultry and eggs from Polish provinces that had been proven to be safe and free of the virus.
