"Al-Amin Forum 2025" Discusses system strengthening "Community security" In the era of cultural and digital transformations

Dubai, October 15 / WAM / Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, the Secretary Service is organizing on October 21 the annual event “The Secretary Forum”, which in this edition comes within the framework of the “Year of Community” and is held at the “Atlantis, The Royal” Hotel under the slogan “Community Security”.
The forum embodies the vision of the wise leadership and its belief that achieving security and stability in its comprehensive sense is fundamentally linked to active community participation, as the importance of that participation is highlighted in the era of the current cultural and digital transformations that the world is witnessing and in turn affects how the various segments of society interact in consolidating the factors of security and stability.
The forum is held within the framework of the “Year of Society,” to contribute to consolidating the values of cohesion, cooperation, and shared responsibility of society in affirming the elements of security, and reflects the national vision by translating the goals of the “Year of Society” into tangible results through a dialogue that combines intellectual interaction and practical vision, with a focus on the fact that the strength and cohesion of society constitute the cornerstone of the state’s comprehensive and sustainable security system.
The forum also reflects the efforts of the State Security Service in Dubai, headed by His Excellency Lieutenant General Talal Humaid Belhoul Al Falasi, and its firm belief that “community security” is based at its core on community awareness and cohesion as the greatest supporter of stability and guarantor of a prosperous future, while the agency continues to confirm the positive impact of the “Secretary Service” under the guidance of His Excellency Lieutenant General Awad Hader Juma Al Muhairi, Deputy Chairman of the State Security Service in Dubai, and the continuous follow-up of His Excellency Major General Tamim Mohammed Al Muhairi, Director General of the State Security Service in Dubai.
The forum represents an effective platform to emphasize this pivotal role of society, as this approach has an impact in enhancing the process of progress and prosperity in Dubai and the UAE, and consolidating its position as a global model in the security and stability of societies.
The forum will host an elite group of senior officials to discuss strategic topics examining the complementary roles of government institutions in building a sustainable community security system. The most prominent attendees include His Excellency Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamid, Chairman of the National Media Office, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Media Council, and His Excellency Hessa bint Issa Buhumaid, Director General of the Community Development Authority in Dubai. His Excellency Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director-General of Dubai Municipality, His Excellency Omar Bushahab, Director-General of the Dubai Land Department, His Excellency Matar Al-Humairi, CEO of the Dubai Digital Government Foundation, and His Excellency Ghaith Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of Artificial Intelligence at the Dubai Data and Statistics Corporation at the Dubai Digital Authority.
It is expected that an innovative qualitative initiative will be unveiled for the “Al-Amin Service”, which is the launch of a smart tool supported by artificial intelligence, with the aim of strengthening bridges of communication with the public and employing the latest technologies to consolidate the concept of community security.
On the sidelines of the forum, an accompanying exhibition will be held highlighting the concept of community security as a tangible reality, with the participation of leading bodies including the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children, the “Furjan Dubai” initiative, and the “Dumi for My Homeland” campaign from the Dubai Health Authority and the Community Development Authority in Dubai, where these bodies will review their practical initiatives in strengthening the social fabric and confirming the elements of digital security.
