“Pensions” and"Core 42" They launch a partnership to employ artificial intelligence to enhance digital services

Dubai, 16 October / WAM / Today, during its participation in the GITEX Global 2025 exhibition, the General Pensions and Social Security Authority signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with Core 42, one of the leading companies of the G42 group in the field of cloud solutions and artificial intelligence, in a step aimed at consolidating the UAE’s leadership in the field of smart government services.
The partnership between the two sides aims to build a data and artificial intelligence platform to enable the Authority to employ modern technologies to improve customer experience and support the decision-making process based on accurate data and deep analyses.

The platform also contributes to achieving sustainable development by empowering national competencies and developing a stimulating work environment that ensures the provision of effective internal services, supported by an integrated digital infrastructure that keeps pace with the requirements of the future.
The partnership between the two parties embodies the Authority’s ambitious vision to enhance the Authority’s digital transformation environment and employ artificial intelligence technologies to improve pension and social insurance services in the country, within the UAE’s sovereign cloud platform, which ensures the hosting and management of data within the country according to the highest standards of security and digital governance, and in line with the “We Are the Emirates 2031” vision and the National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence.
Under the partnership, Core42 will develop a unified and secure data platform for the Authority using the latest technologies in artificial intelligence and information security, and employ the capabilities of its artificial intelligence platform to design future use cases, enabling the Authority to provide more advanced proactive government services.
His Excellency Firas Abdul Karim Al Ramahi, Director General of the General Pensions and Social Security Authority, said that this partnership is a strategic step towards achieving the vision of our wise leadership in building the government of the future. Today, we are moving from the concept of digital transformation to embodying our role in serving citizens, as we build a smart and proactive system that redefines government services, in a way that translates the goals of the “Zero Government Bureaucracy” program and the National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence into the ground. reality.
He added that through this partnership, we will be able to build a “digital fortress” for the data of the insured, retirees, and employers, giving the authority the ability to analyze this data safely to design services that anticipate their needs, support decision-making, reduce operational costs, and consolidate the UAE’s position as a global model in artificial intelligence governance.
For his part, Kirill Evtimov, CEO of Core42, said that the memorandum of understanding with the General Pensions and Social Security Authority represents a model of partnership between government and private institutions to employ advanced technology in providing government services, as this cooperation contributes to achieving benefit from the “Core42” sovereign public cloud platform and the latest artificial intelligence technologies to build the Authority’s intelligence platform.
