The conclusion of the activities of the 4th edition of the Technical Fellowship Program for Arab Youth at headquarters "Kizad"

ABU DHABI, 17 October / WAM / The Arab Youth Center concluded the activities of the fourth edition of the Technical Fellowship Program for Arab Youth at the headquarters of the Abu Dhabi Ports Group “KIZAD” in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Sultan bin Saif Al Neyadi, Minister of State for Youth Affairs, Vice President of the Arab Youth Centre, who honored 23 young men and women from eight Arab countries, who completed an intensive training program in the fields of artificial intelligence, health technology, climate and sustainability technology, and Web 3, As part of an integrated educational experience aimed at empowering Arab youth with future skills and enhancing their role in leading the digital transformation in the region.
His Excellency Sultan Al Neyadi stressed, during his speech at the honoring ceremony, that the program represented a true experience of learning, communication, and making an impact, and contributed to transforming ideas into realistic projects that embody the passion of Arab youth and their ability to innovate. He pointed out that the participants showed a distinguished level of commitment and ambition, and proved that innovation represents a spacious space that embraces everyone who possesses determination and determination. He stressed that technology has become today A major driver of development and an essential foundation for shaping the future.
He said that the current version of the program succeeded in building an integrated system of cooperation between youth, national and international partners, and public and private sector institutions, to be the nucleus of broader and greater opportunities, stressing the belief of the Arab Youth Center that investing in the energies of youth is the smartest and richest investment, as it is the way to build future leaders and a preparation for a tomorrow worthy of the nation’s ambition.
The ceremony included a session entitled “Stories from the Fellowship: Technical Leadership and Impact,” during which three graduates of the program reviewed their inspiring experiences, stressing that technology is a means to build a better future that serves humans and the environment together.
Yousef Mohammed Al-Sabaa from the Kingdom of Bahrain, co-founder and CEO of Sirati and a participant in the artificial intelligence track, indicated that his participation in the program was a pivotal step in the development of his project, which connects job seekers with companies through solutions based on artificial intelligence. He explained that the platform attracted more than a hundred companies, and that the program contributed to improving the platform’s performance thanks to new methods for processing data and improving the user experience.
For his part, Jad Ali Aweida from Lebanon, co-founder and executive product manager at Chimera, explained that his cybersecurity project was launched from the idea of providing easy digital protection solutions for small and medium-sized companies, as a humanitarian project before being commercial, stressing that innovation begins with the human being whom the technology is designed to serve, and that major solutions start from youth initiatives.
Khawla Al-Majdouli from the Kingdom of Morocco, a participant in the climate and sustainability technology track and founder of Green Haya, said that her project is based on studying the predictive environment for green hydrogen storage using artificial intelligence, with the aim of combining clean energy and advanced technologies to serve environmental sustainability, pointing out that her visit to the Mohammed bin Zayed University for Artificial Intelligence was a great source of inspiration to continue her studies and enhance scientific cooperation. Between the UAE and the Kingdom of Morocco in the fields of climate and renewable energy.
The closing ceremony witnessed honoring the strategic partners and supporters of the program in appreciation of their role in making the experiment a success and expanding its impact.
The activities of the fourth edition of the program concluded with a meeting between the participating youth and the leadership of the Abu Dhabi Ports Group, during which the integrated services system provided by the group was reviewed, opening new horizons for Arab youth to gain practical experience and develop pioneering projects in the fields of the digital economy and sustainable transformation.
