Ajman Municipality concludes its participation in “GITEX 2025”
Ajman, October 18 / WAM / The Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman concluded its participation in the “GITEX 2025” exhibition, which was held at the Dubai World Trade Center during the period from October 13 to 17.
In its pavilion, which was held within the Ajman Government platform, the department reviewed its latest digital projects and technical initiatives that support the process of smart transformation and environmental sustainability in the emirate.
Hind Salem Matar Al Shamsi, Director of the Smart Services Development Department and Head of the Department’s GITEX 2025 Exhibition Committee, explained that the participation of “Ajman Municipality” this year was distinguished by the launch of a number of qualitative digital projects, the most prominent of which is the “Warehouse Contract Authentication” service electronically, in order to complete the development of the ease of business practice package in the emirate, explaining that the service aims to preserve the rights of the landlord and tenant in accordance with the laws in force in The emirate allows contracts to be authenticated electronically without the need for field visits thanks to the digital link with the authorities, so that it has become an integrated digital service around the clock, characterized by reducing its completion time to one working day.
She added that the department signed a contract with Du to develop a system of environmental smart gates at crusher sites in the Emirate of Ajman, in a way that enhances environmental control and ensures the sustainability of natural resources through Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technologies.
