"Abu Dhabi Chamber" Enhancing the presence of national companies in "World Food Week"

Abu Dhabi, 19 October / WAM / The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry is participating in the activities of the fourth session of the Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition 2025, which will be held at the ADNEC Center Abu Dhabi, from 21 to 23 October, as part of the activities of World Food Week.
Participation comes with the aim of supporting and empowering small and medium-sized national companies, enhancing their presence in local and international markets, and enhancing the Chamber’s efforts to raise the level of competitiveness of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi as a leading regional center in food industries and modern agriculture, and affirming its commitment to supporting the country’s strategies in achieving food security and enhancing economic sustainability.
Through its participation, the Chamber seeks to enable entrepreneurs and investors to communicate directly with all companies and entities active in the value-added chains of the food and beverage sector, and to facilitate the conclusion of commercial partnerships that support the expansion of Emirati businesses in regional and global markets.
On the sidelines of the exhibition, the Chamber is also organizing a series of professional meetings and interactive dialogues, which highlight its services in the fields of business development and agricultural innovation, in addition to coordination meetings between representatives of the public and private sectors, to discuss ways to support food supply chains and explore opportunities for cooperation in future food security projects.
His Excellency Shams Ali Al Dhaheri, Second Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, said: “The Chamber’s participation in the international event embodies its firm commitment to empowering the national private sector and expanding the horizons of trade and investment cooperation in vital fields related to agriculture, thus enhancing Abu Dhabi’s position as a regional center for innovation and sustainability in the food security system.”
He added: “The Abu Dhabi Chamber is keen to enhance the presence of national companies in specialized exhibitions, and provide effective platforms that enable them to communicate with partners and buyers in global markets. Our participation in the Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition 2025 is an opportunity to enhance agricultural innovation and support sustainable solutions that contribute to achieving food security and enhancing the competitiveness of the national economy.”
He pointed out that the Chamber continues to harness its capabilities and strategic partnerships to provide a stimulating business environment that supports the growth of small and medium-sized national enterprises and enables them to contribute effectively to the sustainable food and agricultural production system.
The Abu Dhabi Chamber pavilion includes an elite group of national companies that represent successful models in employing innovation and advanced agricultural technologies, including companies specializing in organic and aquatic agriculture and sustainable local food production, in addition to technology companies working to develop digital solutions that link producers and suppliers through integrated smart systems.
The Chamber’s participation comes within the framework of its keenness to support the National Strategy for Food Security 2051, which aims to build a flexible food system that guarantees self-sufficiency and establishes an agricultural economy based on innovation and knowledge.
Through its initiatives, the Chamber contributes to stimulating the transition towards a circular economy and encouraging the adoption of sustainable production practices.
