“Beyon” strengthens its regional presence by launching the new identity of its subsidiary, Umniah

The Beyon Group announced the launch of the new corporate identity for its company, Umniah, as one of the Beyon companies, in a strategic step that represents a new stage in its growth and development as a leading international technology group.

This step constitutes a pivotal point within the group’s strategy aimed at unifying its brand identities in the communications sector under one umbrella and strengthening Beyon’s position as a diversified global group in the fields of technology, communications and digital innovation.

The new Umniah identity was launched in Amman, Jordan, during a special ceremony hosted by Beyon Group Chairman Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and in the presence of a number of Their Highnesses princes, ministers, a number of dignitaries, officials, diplomats, and media representatives, celebrating two decades of successful investment in Jordan.

The launch of the new identity comes as a natural continuation of Beyon’s strategy aimed at consolidating its position as a leading global technology group that includes under its umbrella companies specialized in communications, digital solutions, and advanced technological services, in addition to its investments in 17 geographical regions across three continents, including a security company, in addition to international investments in multiple markets around the world.

Based on this basis, Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Khalifa announced the injection of major strategic investments through Umniah Company, amounting to approximately 300 million Jordanian dinars over the next five years, stressing the group’s commitment to supporting and strengthening the communications sector and economic development and contributing to accelerating the pace of digital transformation in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

The company intends to implement a number of projects that include establishing an advanced data center, expanding the fifth generation network, introducing WiFi 7 technology, in addition to expanding the fiber optic network to include Amman, Balqa, and Zarqa, with a special focus on the Wadi Araba region.
