Dubai Culture wins two awards in the fields of digital transformation and artificial intelligence
Dubai, October 20 / WAM / The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority “Dubai Culture” won the “Best Distinguished International Practice for the Year 2025 – 6-Star Rating” award for the digital transformation platform and the “Artificial Intelligence to Improve Cybersecurity” initiative within the eleventh edition of the International Best Practices Competition organized by the Organizational Excellence Research Center in cooperation with the International Excellence Networks.
The victory was the culmination of the Authority’s efforts to develop innovative digital solutions using artificial intelligence tools as part of the cybersecurity initiative, which contributed to achieving zero security breaches and saving more than 14,000 working hours.
The digital transformation platform launched by the Authority in 2022 provided a global model in operational efficiency by integrating its internal operations into a unified smart system based on artificial intelligence, which contributed to raising productivity, saving 227,000 working hours annually, improving governance, and monitoring performance.
Mansour Lootah, Executive Director of the Corporate Empowerment Sector and CEO of Artificial Intelligence at Dubai Culture, confirmed that the two awards reflect the Authority’s commitment to implementing digital government standards and adopting innovative solutions to support Dubai’s vision of being a global center for innovation and digital transformation.
