This comes after a report by royal writer Tom Sykes in The Daily Beast, in which he revealed that Prince William, upon assuming the throne, is planning reforms in the royal system that include stripping non-working family members of their official titles.

Sykes indicated that the decision will be implemented through a royal order known as a “patent,” and is expected to be presented to Parliament in the first weeks of King William V’s reign, and may include Prince Harry, his wife, Meghan, and their children, along with other members of the family.

Although there was no official comment from Buckingham Palace or the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Meghan’s latest post appeared to some as an indirect response reflecting calm and peace.
