DEWA discusses enhancing cooperation with IBM

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) discussed enhancing cooperation with IBM in the fields of digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.

This came during the reception by the Managing Director and CEO of the Authority, Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, with a high-level delegation from IBM, headed by the Senior Vice President and President of the company for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, Ana Paula de Jesus Assis. During the meeting, Al Tayer stressed that cooperation with IBM comes within the Authority’s efforts to strengthen its strategic partnerships with major international technology companies and adopt the latest cybersecurity and artificial intelligence solutions, in support of the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).
