المملكة: Updating the citizen’s account data periodically.. What if the beneficiary refuses?

The article stipulates: "The applicant or primary beneficiary – as the case may be – must update his electronic account when any change occurs to the information and Data that he had previously entered and that change had an impact on the eligibility and entitlement evaluation cycle, within a period not exceeding (fifteen) days from the date of the change. If he violates this, the Ministry may take any of the measures stipulated in Article (Twenty) of the controls".

- Applying the two penalties together: The two penalties can be applied together according to the necessary legal procedures.

The difference between financial capacity and monthly income
