“TAM” awards a project with the Royal Commission for Riyadh worth 20.5 million riyals

Tam Development Company announced that it has awarded a project from the Royal Commission for the city of Riyadh, with a total value of 20.5 million riyals, including value-added tax.

According to a statement on "Saudi Arabia trading"Today, Tuesday, the contract was awarded to "complete" On October 20, while it is expected to be signed on December 21.

The company explained that the duration of the contract is 18 months, and includes the provision of advisory services for community participation in the Green Riyadh Program.

It added that it expects the financial impact of the project to be reflected starting in the fourth quarter of 2025.
