Hungerstation continues its series of awareness workshops in Jubail and Yanbu in cooperation with the General Authority for Transport

In continuation of its efforts to develop field work experience and raise the efficiency of its partners in the sector, Hungerstation organized last Wednesday, October 15, 2025, a workshop in Yanbu Governorate, in cooperation with the General Authority for Transport.
This workshop comes as an extension of the series of monthly awareness workshops organized by the company in various regions of the Kingdom, which recently included Jubail Governorate last September, as part of a plan aimed at enhancing professional awareness. And improving operational practices in the delivery sector
These workshops aim to raise the efficiency of delivery agents and enhance their professional awareness, with a focus on maintaining public safety and the safety of the agents while performing their daily tasks, in addition to adhering to the uniform as one of the quality standards in field work.
The workshops included a number of awareness and educational programs, most notably the telematics system. (Telematics), which the company launched in the caller application, contributes to improving driving performance by monitoring four main indicators: speed, acceleration, changing lanes, and using the phone while driving. The representatives were also trained on the mechanism of using the facial fingerprint, which was recently launched by the Authority and government agencies to ensure accuracy of registration and enhance security.
Representatives from the General Authority for Transport participated in the workshops, where they provided directions and guidance on the regulations and instructions related to transportation and delivery operations, stressing the importance of the representatives’ adherence to them to ensure the flow of work and improve the quality of performance.
Hungerstation confirmed Organizing these workshops comes as part of its ongoing efforts to support delivery agents and develop their professional skills, which is reflected in the quality of service provided to customers, noting that the safety of agents and improving the field work environment are among its strategic directions in developing the delivery sector in the Kingdom.
