“Tamkeen” supports 17,863 people and 5,936 organizations in 9 months

The latest statistics issued by the Labor Fund (Tamkeen) from January 1, 2025 until September 9, 2025, revealed that 17,863 individuals benefited from the career development support program, while the total number of enterprises benefiting reached 5,936 enterprises, with micro, small and medium enterprises accounting for 79% of these applications, and 1,259 enterprises wholly or partially owned by women were registered, which reflects the Fund’s keenness to Supporting various business segments, while the total number of financing applications submitted reached 197 applications.
The Fund contributed to supporting 7,275 women within career development support programs, while young men constituted 71% of the total beneficiaries of the programmes.
In terms of supporting wage increases, 4,577 employees benefited from this support, and in the field of training, 13,286 individuals benefited from training programs with skill benefits, while the number of beneficiaries of employment support programs reached 14,133 people, including 8,616 beneficiaries of the National Employment Programme, and women constituted 6,020 beneficiaries, while youth constituted 90% of the total beneficiaries.
These results confirm the vital role of the Labor Fund “Tamkeen” in empowering individuals and institutions, supporting them to achieve sustainable development, and developing workforce skills in line with the needs of the national labor market.
