Health“ The basic conditions include that the candidate must have the appropriate educational qualification for the targeted job, that his job performance evaluation must not be less than “excellent” in the last year, that he must not be more than 55 years old, with at least one year in his current rank, and that he must not have received more than two exceptional promotions during his career.

The Ministry revealed that The Minister of Health approved additional special regulations for the year 2025, stressing that the candidate must be among the most distinguished categories.

The added conditions included that the candidate must have spent at least a year in service within the Ministry, and must not have been absent or late for more than 3 days during the last 5 years, in addition to having his record free of any convictions related to behavior or job.

The Ministry of Health stressed that the registration of the names of candidates takes place exclusively through the exceptional promotion screen in the “Mawarid” system, within a specific time limit of 15 days, starting from the date of Rabi’ al-Thani 22, 1447 AH. It confirmed that any nomination submitted after the end of this period will not be considered, and that the comparison will take place within each entity according to the sequence of preference in the system.

The Ministry indicated that the promotion takes place through a specialized committee whose chairmanship the Minister determines, and which includes representatives from human resources and financial affairs in the entity, in addition to representatives from the Ministries of Finance and Civil Service.

These promotions include Staff Civil Service Those included in the administrative staff in the Ministry’s office, as well as employees of health branches, offices, and clusters in various regions of the Kingdom.
