The real estate market in Dubai is strong and built on solid foundations

The founder and managing director of Emaar Properties confirmed that “the real estate market in Dubai is very strong and good, built on solid foundations, and there is no real estate bubble.”
He explained in a video interview, during the first session of the “Reuters Next Gulf Summit,” in partnership with the Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi, that “Dubai has an excellent reputation and great credibility globally, and many people come to visit and reside there,” noting that “the coming period will witness the entry of new real estate units into the market, which will lead to a balance between supply and demand in Dubai.”
Al-Abbar revealed that the company has plans for external growth in several major markets such as the United States, India, China, Europe and Egypt
