Zain Bahrain announces its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended

Zain Bahrain (trading symbol: ZAINBH), the innovative telecommunications company in the Kingdom, announced its financial results during the first nine-month period ending on September 30, 2025 and the third quarter of 2025.
The company recorded a net profit of 1.64 million Bahraini dinars for the three months ending 30 September 2025, representing an increase of 1.1% compared to 1.62 million Bahraini dinars in the third quarter of 2024. Basic and diluted earnings per share remained stable at 4 fils. Revenues for the third quarter of 2025 increased to 19.5 million Bahraini dinars, representing a growth of 2.7% compared to 19 million Bahraini dinars in the same period in 2024. Earnings before interest, taxes and amortization (EBITDA) in the third quarter of 2025 amounted to 6 million Bahraini dinars, down 5.4% from 6.35 million dinars. For the nine months ending September 30, 2015, Zain Bahrain recorded a net profit of BD 4.18 million, representing a 3.3% rise year-on-year from BD 4.04 million for the same period in 2014. Revenues for the first nine months of 2025 increased to 60.75 million Bahraini dinars, representing a growth of 5.8% compared to 57.44 million Bahraini dinars in the same period in 2014. Earnings before interest, taxes and amortization (EBITDA) in the first nine months of 2025 amounted to 17.09 million Bahraini dinars, a decrease of 5.8% compared to 18.14 One million Bahraini dinars for the same period in 2024.
At the balance sheet level, Zain Bahrain’s total shareholders’ equity as at 30 September 2025 amounted to 88.73 million Bahraini dinars, compared to 88.12 million Bahraini dinars for the year ending 31 December 2025, recording a slight increase of 0.7%. The value of the company’s assets as of September 30, 2015 amounted to 135.39 million Bahraini dinars, recording a decrease of 4.6% from 41.911 million Bahraini dinars as of December 31, 2014.
