The best 100 innovative projects selected from more than 3,000 entries from students, recent graduates and professors enrolled in more than 1,200 universities in 120 countries around the world will be displayed. At the conclusion of the initiative, five exceptional innovators will be selected, honored and supported to develop their innovative ideas and implement them on the ground.
Participants in the initiative, in its eleventh session, present a wide range of qualitative ideas and solutions to confront the challenges facing humanity today in the fields of health, agriculture, water, energy, society, mobility, environment, climate change, and various sectors of the future.
The “Dubai Future Solutions – Innovations for Humanity” initiative is organized by Art Dubai in partnership with the Dubai Future Foundation, the Dubai International Financial Center, and the Hussain Sajwani-DAMAC Charitable Foundation.
Over the course of more than 10 years, the “Dubai Solutions for the Future – Innovations for Humanity” initiative has succeeded in highlighting the importance of the role of the academic sector in finding qualitative solutions to the most prominent global challenges, and providing various opportunities for participants to reach various sectors, government agencies, experts, and investment institutions, and to benefit from support opportunities to move to the stages of application and commercial development.
Most entries focus on specialized solutions in various critical areas, with students adapting their academic expertise to provide detailed and tailored answers to global issues. Many of them also strive to make their solutions more accessible and inclusive to everyone.
