The winds begin at 9 a.m. and continue until 6 p.m., in Rahat, Madrakah, Rabigh, Al-Kamil, and Taif.
It is accompanied by low horizontal visibility, and wind speeds reaching (40 – 49) kilometers per hour.
Raised dust
parts of Mecca are witnessing Al-Mukarramah raised dust, starting at 8 am, and continuing until 5 pm.
The warning includes: Khulais, Al-Kharmah, Al-Mawiya, and Turbah.
The associated effects are: active winds, and low horizontal visibility (3-5) kilometers.

Slight fog over the Eastern Province
The National Center of Meteorology warned in its weather report of light fog over parts of the Eastern region during the early morning hours today, Thursday.
The phenomenon begins at 11 pm Wednesday, and continues until 8 am Thursday morning.
The alert includes: Jubail, Khobar, Dammam, Qatif, and Ras Tanura and many others.
The associated effects are a decrease in horizontal visibility (3-5) kilometers.
