Aldar launches a complex "The Row Saadiyat" Residential in the heart of the cultural district
Abu Dhabi, October 23 / WAM / Aldar announced today the launch of “The Row Saadiyat” residential complex project, which is located in the heart of the cultural district in Saadiyat.
“The Row Saadiyat” includes seven medium-rise buildings, each consisting of nine floors and two basement levels for parking. In the first phase of the project, Aldar will launch three buildings containing 315 homes that will be offered to customers starting next November 1. Ownership in “The Row Saadiyat” is available to all nationalities.
In line with Aldar’s goals to enhance sustainability in its projects, the project integrates smart home systems into its design, and aims to obtain a “3 pearl” rating according to the “Sustainability” system, in addition to a “two-star” rating from “Vet Well,” which confirms its commitment to the highest environmental and health standards.
The Row Saadiyat complex is surrounded by a group of prominent architectural monuments and the most famous cultural landmarks in Abu Dhabi, as the residential units overlook the Zayed National Museum, while the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, and the Abu Dhabi Natural History Museum are all located within a short walking distance.
