"Khalifa Educational " The excellence of the school’s institutional performance is a pillar of development for education that looks forward to the future
Abu Dhabi, October 24 / WAM / The General Secretariat of the Khalifa Educational Award, one of the institutions of the “Zayed Humanitarian Legacy Foundation”, confirmed that the excellence of institutional educational performance represents one of the prominent elements in the development of a comprehensive educational system based on standards of excellence and creativity in all educational fields of the school, whether in public, private, or technical education and the like, in what enhances the quality of the outcomes of educational institutional work in the country in accordance with To the best international practices adopted by prestigious education systems.
This came during an applied workshop organized by the General Secretariat in the field of general education, category of institutional educational performance, and hosted by the Elite School in Abu Dhabi, in the presence of a number of administrative and educational leaders in schools at the state level.
Dr. Sheikha Al-Tunaiji, Associate Professor at the College of Education at the United Arab Emirates University, pointed out the importance of the Institutional Educational Performance category presented by the Khalifa Educational Award in its various sessions, out of her belief in the role of educational performance in distinguishing the school as an educational institution that improves educational performance in the learning environment in a way that provides the student with an environment that enhances creativity, innovation, and leadership, and this is within a framework of policies implemented by the school in accordance with the best Global practices.
Dr. touched on During the workshop, Al-Taniji referred to a number of criteria for differentiation and excellence, including leadership, educational administration, and the emerging standards related to administrative planning and organization, crisis management, and digital transformation, as well as the standard for the quality of teaching and learning, and its connection to the efficiency of teachers in light of the shift towards smart education, and also the standard for educational and educational performance of students and care for those with low academic performance, as well as care for outstanding students. And gifted students, developing student personality, participating in competitions and educational activities, in addition to managing human resources, consolidating the environment of the educational institution and promoting a sustainable environmental culture, as well as effective partnership between the institution and the local community.
At the conclusion of the workshop, a dialogue took place with the participants about the nomination mechanisms that take place through the award’s electronic system, and other questions regarding the documented documents that the nomination file should contain for this category.
