Revealed The Ministry of Education has announced that 6 grades will be awarded to a student who is committed to academic discipline and not being absent during the semester, as part of the rules of conduct and attendance for general education students announced by the Ministry, which aims to promote positive behavior and consolidate national and humanitarian values among students at various educational levels, which contributes to building an effective and motivating school environment that enhances responsibility and belonging.
The Ministry confirmed that Evaluating outstanding behavior depends on the student’s commitment to core values such as discipline, tolerance, honesty, determination, cooperation, and national belonging, explaining that these values represent the basis for building a conscious, balanced personality capable of positive interaction within the school and society.
She indicated that national belonging is one of the most prominent values that promote distinguished behavior, and is embodied in loyalty to the homeland, good leadership, pride in history, national identity and cultural heritage, and keenness to actively participate in various national events, while discipline expresses assuming responsibility, performing duties, adhering to regulations, respecting the rights of others, and controlling behavior in the educational environment.

She indicated that the new guide includes various practices for which specific grades are awarded according to the type of participation, as 6 grades are allocated to the student who maintains full attendance and discipline without absence during the semester, and 6 other grades are awarded for each participation in the areas of community service outside school, or implementing dialogue or volunteer activities, or participating in awareness campaigns, or presenting a successful personal experience, or enrolling in a training program or course. Developmental.
4 marks are also awarded for each participation in school activities that include communication skills, teamwork, mastery learning, leadership skills, responsibility, planning and motivation, digital skills in preparing presentations and designing electronic content, and developing time management skills, while two marks are allocated for each participation that includes writing a letter of thanks to the country, leadership, family or teachers, or participating in school radio, or submitting a proposal that serves the community. The Ministry added that the assessment of grades is based on the recommendation of the school’s student guidance committee, not to exceed 6 additional grades.
