No decency or morals.. Elham Shaheen’s first response after being attacked because of her dress

Elham Shaheen responded to the controversy over her dress at the El Gouna Festival, saying: “I do not understand the reason for all this attack on a completely unintended situation.” She explained that she was not wearing an open dress and that “the air blew the dress off in an instant,” but she immediately remedied the situation, adding: “I was wearing shorts up to the knee,” and criticized the video being published with a “slowmotion” for exploiting the shot, stressing her respect for “myself, my history, and my name.”

Bossi Shalabi commented, calling for Shaheen’s support, considering what happened as fate, and stressing that the artist “did not leave her house naked.”

Shaheen praised the conclusion of the eighth session of El Gouna and described it as “one of the most important and powerful sessions,” praising the organization and intensity of the events, and thanked Naguib, Samih Sawiris, Amr Mansy, Marianne Khoury, and the work team: “Indeed, everything is organized at the highest level… very bravo… and I wish you more success and brilliance.”
