المملكة: At a cost of 156 million riyals… completion of 3 major environmental projects in Buraidah

Completed The National Water Company, represented by its northern sector, implemented three qualitative environmental projects in Buraydah City in the Qassim region, at a total cost exceeding (156) million riyals, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the infrastructure for environmental services, raise its operational efficiency, and achieve environmental sustainability in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

The company explained that the completed projects included the implementation of main and subsidiary sewage networks and lines with a total length of (124) kilometers, in addition to the construction of six new lifting stations with an operational capacity of more than (37) thousand cubic meters per day, to serve a number of Buraidah neighborhoods, namely: Rabieh, Al-Sabakh, Al-Qaa Al-Bared, Al-Dhahi, Al-Nafal, Al-Shorouk, Sultana, Al-Naqa’, Al-Rehab, Al-Basateen, Al-Rafi’ah, Al-Rawda, and Salmiya.

And Baynet "National waters" The implementation of these projects comes within its strategic plans aimed at increasing coverage rates of sanitation services in the Qassim region, and improving the level of service provided to customers, in accordance with the best operational practices and approved environmental standards, which contributes to protecting the environment and natural resources and achieving quality of life for the community.
