المملكة: Saudi Arabia and Cuba sign an agreement in the field of air transport services


His Excellency the President of Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Duailej, at the headquarters of the Authority’s main building in Riyadh today, concluded an agreement in the field of air transport services between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
It was represented by the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the Kingdom, Magil Porto Parga, as part of the official visit of the Cuban Prime Minister to attend the ninth Future Investment Initiative conference in Riyadh.

The agreement aims to enhance cooperation between the two sides in the field of air transport services, and bilateral cooperation between the two parties on the basis of common benefit and mutual respect.

This is in accordance with the regulations, laws and instructions in force in both countries, in addition to establishing regulatory frameworks for air transport movement.

The agreement contributes to achieving the objectives of the aviation program by building international partnerships and strengthening international relations in the field of civil aviation between the Kingdom and countries of the world, allowing national carriers to expand their network. In addition to enhancing Saudi Arabia’s air connectivity to the world to (250) destinations to be a global logistics platform, and transporting (330) million passengers annually by 2030, which is consistent with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
