Officially… Dibba sacks coach Bruno Pereira 24 hours after the victory over Al Wasl

Dibba Club announced today, Monday, the dismissal of first-team coach Bruno Pereira from his position, just 24 hours after the team’s historic victory against Al-Wasl in the round of 16 of the President’s Cup, which gave Al-Nawakhtha the ticket to the quarter-finals.

The decision came despite the team’s outstanding performance in the last match, as the club confirmed in its statement that the step comes within the framework of a “comprehensive re-evaluation of the post-qualification stage” in preparation for the upcoming league dues, without revealing the name of the new coach who will take over the task.

It is noteworthy that Bruno Pereira took charge of coaching Dibba since last season, and led the team to rise to the ADNOC Professional League, achieving positive results that contributed to the club’s return to the forefront, before his career with the team ended with the sudden dismissal decision.
