“Symphony” brings together Bach, Vivaldi and Mozart on the opera stage… Saturday

The Egyptian Opera House, headed by Dr. Alaa Abdel Salam, continues to present chamber music episodes organized by the Cairo Symphony Orchestra, under the technical supervision and primary leadership of Maestro Ahmed Al-Saidi, as the Grand Theater hosts at eight in the evening on Saturday, the first of November, a new concert led by Maestro Mohamed Sharara, with the participation of the young violinist Nour Mohamed Abdel Fattah.

 

The concert comes as part of a series aimed at enriching The artistic taste of classical music lovers, by mixing the timeless masterpieces of the greatest composers throughout the ages. The program includes a group of the most famous international works, including Bach’s first orchestral sequence, Vivaldi’s Spring Concerto from Vivaldi’s masterpiece The Four Seasons, and Mozart’s 40th Symphony, to form an evening in which fine playing harmonizes with the fragrance of European musical history.

 

Chamber music is one of the purest forms of classical music, performed by a limited group of players whose number ranges between two and nine musicians, and is characterized by the subtlety of artistic interaction. Between the instruments, where each player becomes part of a precise sound palette based on balance and harmony.

 

This music also originated in European palaces during the Middle Ages, and reached its peak in the Classical and Romantic eras, at the hands of great composers such as Haydn, Mozart, and Beethoven, and remains to this day a symbol of elegance and artistic sophistication.

 

On this evening, the Egyptian Opera House continues its role. A pioneer in reviving the world’s musical heritage, and opening new horizons for the Egyptian public to communicate with the aesthetics of fine art, where ancient musical schools blend with the spirit of modern creativity in an artistic dialogue whose language is known only as music.
