المملكة: Is there a retroactive effect to compensate for financial and eligibility objections? Citizen’s account answers
Issue Citizen Account Program New clarifications through its official account, in which it answered the most prominent inquiries received by the platform regarding objection, re-registration, and the retroactive effect of support.
The program clarified that the study period Citizen Account that the beneficiary can register again 30 days after the date of deletion.
With regard to the existence of a retroactive effect for previous months, the program stated that the matter differs according to the type of objection:
– In financial objections: compensation is made retroactive to the beneficiaries if the objection is accepted.
– In objections to eligibility: Acceptance of the objection indicates entry into the next session only, without financial compensation for the previous periods, and this does not mean compensation, but rather compensation is done retroactively according to the study of each case and its approval in accordance with the program’s controls.
