Delegations participating in the Fujairah International Mining Conference review the digital center’s systems
Fujairah, October 30 / WAM / His Excellency Engineer Mohammed Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure for Infrastructure Affairs, confirmed
The Ministry is keen to highlight pioneering national experiences in the field of government digital transformation, pointing in this regard to the Digital Center in Fujairah, which represents an integrated model for applying best practices in managing smart government services in accordance with standards of efficiency and innovation.
The delegations participating in the Fujairah International Mining Conference 2025 made a field visit to the Digital Center in Fujairah, as part of the conference activities, and learned about the advanced digital systems and services provided by the center, and its pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of government work and simplifying the customers’ journey by employing artificial intelligence techniques, big data, and digital transformation.
His Excellency Engineer Mohammed Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure for Infrastructure and Transport Affairs, stressed that the center constitutes a pioneering step in the process of smart government transformation, as it combines modern technology and creative national cadres to provide integrated digital services that contribute to raising the level of customer satisfaction and enhancing the competitiveness of government performance. He said that the Ministry is committed to supporting such initiatives that embody the vision of the wise leadership in building a flexible digital government that keeps pace with the future and serves people.
