Simple steps to maintain daily hygiene for women

Personal hygiene is an essential part of a woman’s physical and psychological health, and it reflects her awareness and care for herself and those around her. First: daily hygiene of the body

Underwear should be changed daily, and outer clothing should be washed regularly to keep it smelling fresh and looking presentable. It is also advisable to use appropriate deodorants for the body after showering, to maintain freshness throughout the day.

Fifth: Nutrition and general hygiene

Healthy nutrition plays an important role in personal hygiene, as eating fruits and vegetables and drinking enough water helps maintain fresh skin and healthy hair. You must also be careful to wash your hands before and after eating, and after using the bathroom or touching public objects.

Sixth: Care during the menstrual cycle

During menstruation, women should change sanitary pads regularly, every 4 to 6 hours, and wash the area with lukewarm water, to maintain hygiene and prevent infections. It is also advisable to wear comfortable cotton clothes and avoid using strong perfumes in that area.
