Al-Mousa Health Company’s profits increased by 85% to 51.6 million riyals in the third quarter


Al-Mousa Health Company’s profits increased by 85% in the third quarter of 2025 to 51.6 million riyals, compared to 27.9 million riyals in the same quarter of last year.

According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"This significant increase in net income was mainly due to revenue growth, which resulted from an increase in the number of patients and higher occupancy rates for inpatients. Operational efficiency and improved cost management also contributed to supporting the achievement of these positive results.

Net profit recorded a slight decrease in the current quarter, by -0.3% compared to the previous quarter, mainly due to the hiring of additional staff for the new medical centers that were operated during the third quarter, and costs are expected to return to normal levels as the stages of operation progress.

Net profit increased by 282.6% to reach 154.5 million riyals during the first nine months of the year. 2025, compared to 40.4 million riyals for the same period of the previous year.

This significant improvement is mainly due to higher revenues resulting from the increase in the number of inpatients and referrals, and improved operational efficiency. And a decrease in financing costs after repaying one of the loans earlier in the year.

The Board of Directors of Al Mousa Health Company decided, last Thursday, to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2025.

The company said that the total amount distributed is 15.5 million riyals, while the number of shares entitled to dividends is 44.3 million riyals.

The share of the distribution from the distribution is 0.35 riyals, while the distribution ratio to the nominal value of the share is 3.5%.

The eligibility date will be on the 6th of November, while the distribution date will be on the 20th of the same month.
