The Iranian President expresses his hope to strengthen relations between Tehran and Algeria

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian expressed his confidence that, based on the historical ties and common values between Iran and Algeria, and by taking full advantage of the available capabilities, the two sides will witness further expansion of relations in a way that serves the interests of their people.
This came in a letter addressed by Pezeshkian to his Algerian counterpart Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on the occasion of the seventy-first anniversary of the start of the Algerian liberation revolution and its national day, according to To the “IRNA” news agency The Iranian President added – in his message – that the anti-colonial spirit and the pursuit of independence, and the courage of the Algerian people and their leaders during decades of struggle against colonialism, have always been a source of inspiration for peoples and leaders seeking freedom all over the world.
