Sherine spoke about the atmosphere after the concert, saying: “Now I am living a true Egyptian experience and I am currently in Aswan enjoying all this history and beauty, and I will soon return to Alexandria, my country, to spend some time with my family, and the last time I visited Alexandria was For many years, I have friends and a large family there.

And about the rumors that have spread recently about her private life, and the rumors of her support for “gays.” She said: “The truth is that I listened to all these crazy rumours, and my husband and I were laughing about them. I am happy in my marriage and married to a respectable man, and I was a little angry because these rumors included a cloud over my great joy.”

Sherine concluded her speech by saying: “I felt great pride and love from the Egyptians, the photographers, and everyone who supported me. I am proud of my belonging to this great people.”
