Al-Dawaa’s profits decreased by 8% to 69 million riyals in the third quarter


Al-Dawaa Medical Services Company’s profits decreased in the third quarter of 2025 by 8% to 69 million riyals, compared to 75 million riyals in the same quarter of last year.

According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The company maintained a net profit margin of 4.1%, but the main reasons for this decline were expenses related to expansions in the retail sector, enhancing competitiveness in multi-channel campaigns and developing loyalty programs, in addition to strategic investments in other sectors to achieve future opportunities.

Net profit decreased in the third quarter of 2025 by 17.5 million riyals (20%) compared to the previous quarter. This decrease is mainly due to expansions in the retail sector and seasonal promotional campaigns.

According to the statement, net profit decreased in the current period of 2025 by 5.5 million riyals, or by (2.1%), compared to the same period of the previous year in 2024.

The company maintained a strong net profit margin of 5.2% and an operating profit margin of 7.2%, but this decrease is due to The main focus is on expansions in the retail sector, and investments in developing multiple retail channels and consumer experiences.

Dividend distribution
The Board of Directors of Al-Dawa Medical Services Company decided yesterday to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second quarter of the year ending 12/31/2025 AD.

The company said that the total amount distributed: 53,550,000, while the number of shares entitled to dividends is 85 million shares.

It added that The share of the distribution is 0.63 riyals, while the distribution ratio to the nominal share value is 6.3%.

The eligibility date will be 05-18-1447, corresponding to 11-09-2025, while the distribution date will be: 06-02-1447, corresponding to 11-23-2025.
