The campaign aims to enhance the culture of safety and raise Preventive awareness in the work environment, based on Jeddah Airports’ commitment to establishing the concept of safety as a shared responsibility among all employees and workers, and as an extension of supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in building safe and sustainable work environments.

The program included implementing a field campaign to remove foreign objects (FOD) within Airport apron With the participation of the company’s leadership and operational and security authorities, to ensure that aircraft movement areas are free of any objects that may affect the safety of operational operations.

Raising the level of safety awareness

Engineer Mazen Johar confirmed that this initiative comes within a series of programs aimed at raising the level of awareness of occupational safety and health, noting that the company achieved outstanding results in safety indicators during the first half of 2025. He also pointed out that King Abdulaziz International Airport He recently obtained the second level of carbon accreditation from the Airports Council International (ACI), in addition to the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates in environmental management systems and occupational health and safety, which reflects the company’s commitment to sustainability and environmental protection.
