المملكة: The Deputy Minister of Municipalities and Housing opens the 35th edition of the Saudi Building Exhibition

Open DeputyMinister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Ihab Ghazi Al-Hashani, works of the 35th edition of Saudi Construction Exhibition2025, which is held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, with the participation of more than (422) exhibitors from (23) countries, presenting the latest products, technologies and innovative solutions in the fields of building and construction, during the period from 3 to 6 November 2025, in Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.
His Excellency toured the exhibition pavilions, looking at the most prominent projects and solutions on display, and praising the remarkable development in modern building technologies and smart infrastructure, and the progress this reflects in the Saudi construction sector and its pivotal role in achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
Enhancing the investment environment
The CEO of Riyadh Exhibitions Company Limited, Mohammed, explained Al-Husseini said that the Saudi Building Exhibition 2025 reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to developing the building and construction sector and enhancing the investment environment in major urban projects, within the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
He pointed out that the exhibition has become a leading platform that brings together experts, investors and developers under one roof, to display the latest technologies and innovative solutions that contribute to raising the quality of construction and enhancing sustainability and urban integration.
The exhibition witnesses a series of dialogue sessions and interactive seminars with the participation of elite From pioneers, CEOs and international experts, to discuss the most prominent future construction trends, digital technologies, and environmental sustainability practices in design and implementation, and success stories of pioneering Saudi projects that have become a model of efficiency, quality and sustainability will be presented.

It is noteworthy that the exhibition – which continues until next Thursday – opens its doors to visitors daily from two o’clock in the afternoon until ten o’clock in the evening, and includes a wide range of specialized sectors including building technologies and materials, interior design and finishing, Stone and aluminum technology, glass, facades and windows, heavy equipment, lighting and energy, water and infrastructure solutions, and other areas supporting the integrated urban development system.
