Hamdi Al-Wazir on rumors of his deteriorating health: "I am doing well, thank God"

Egyptian artist Hamdi Al-Wazir denied what was circulated on social media during the past hours regarding His health condition deteriorated or he underwent treatment in a hospital, stressing that what is published in this regard is completely false.
The minister said in statements to the media: "Deterioration eh? Don’t believe what is said on social media, I am doing well, thank God"
He explained that he is in good health, and continues his artistic activity normally without any health obstacles.
Routine periodic examination
Hamdi Al-Wazir indicated that he went to the hospital for a routine periodic examination that he performs every 3 months, after the surgery he underwent in Heart in 2022 to treat an aneurysm in one of the arteries, stressing that he is keen on continuous follow-up with doctors as a preventive measure only.
He added: "I finished the examination and returned home, and thank God I am fine"
He asked not to be led by rumors that raise unfounded concern, especially those related to the health of artists and their families.
He indicated that he was surprised by the repetition of rumors about his health condition during the recent period, which led to his death or being killed, saying: "I don’t know who put me in his mind. Sometimes they say I was killed, and sometimes they say I’m dead, but I’m doing great, thank God."
The Egyptian artist explained that these rumors affected him psychologically, adding: "I was surprised that there was a whole scenario on Tik Tok that I was killed in my car and stabbed in the neck. These rumors are harming me and my family."
Two reports against the rumour-mongers
The artist Hamdi Al-Wazir’s lawyer announced the submission of two official reports to the Public Prosecutor’s Office against the rumour-mongers. False rumours, confirming that his client is in good health.
On the artistic level, Hamdi Al-Wazir recently participated in the Port Said Film Festival in its first session, and was keen to attend its various events.
His last artistic work was his participation in the series "Musa" Starring Mohamed Ramadan, and also starring Somaya El Khashab, Riyad El Khouly, Abeer Sabry, and Heba Magdy, written by Nasser Abdel Rahman, and directed by Mohamed Salama.
