Northern Cement’s profits fell 11.5% to 16 million riyals in the third quarter

The Northern Region Cement Company’s net profits for the third quarter of this year decreased by 11.5% to 16 million riyals, compared to 18.16 million riyals in the same quarter of the previous year.

According to a company statement on "Saudi Arabia trading"Today, Wednesday, the reason for the decrease in net profit during the current quarter compared to the similar quarter is due to a decrease in the selling prices of subsidiaries compared to the previous year.

Within the first three quarters of 2025 (9 months), net profit decreased by 54.5% from 81.3 million riyals to 37 million riyals, and this is due to the sale of the company’s share with an external investment.
