Unified and secure litigation procedures

Al-Yousef explained that the smart court system comes within this framework, to provide unified and cyber-secure litigation procedures, characterized by flexibility, accuracy, transparency and completion; In order to achieve the highest levels of justice.
The system allows the management of litigation sessions remotely through a unified system and simplified digital procedures, which facilitate the entry of judicial sessions for the circuits and parties to the cases.

The system also provides integrated documentation tools for the course of the sessions; To guarantee rights and increase performance efficiency.
The system is also an advanced step towards investing judicial data and artificial intelligence in supporting the administrative judiciary system.

The process of digital transformation

The launch of the smart court system comes as an extension of the process of digital transformation at the Board of Grievances, which recently launched the Cognitive Assistant Program as one of the artificial intelligence initiatives in the judicial field, which enhances the Bureau’s ability to develop its smart services and anticipate the needs of beneficiaries, and establishes a new phase of the digital judiciary based on flexibility, sustainability, and integration.
