The start of real estate registry work for 118 neighborhoods in Riyadh, Al-Jawf, and the northern borders
The General Real Estate Authority announced the start of real estate registration work for (26,210) real estate plots in (49) neighborhoods in the Riyadh region, registration for (99,373) real estate plots in (58) neighborhoods in the Al-Jawf region, and registration for (35,526) real estate plots in (11) neighborhoods in the Northern Border Region.
The real estate registration in those areas begins on December 21. 2025 AD, corresponding to Rajab 1, 1447 AH, and until the end of March 26, 2026, corresponding to Shawwal 7, 1447 AH..
Beneficiary Neighborhoods
The authority explained that the neighborhoods benefiting from the real estate registry at this stage in the Riyadh region include the following neighborhoods in Wadi Al-Dawasir Governorate: (Al Humaydan, Al Araima, Al Awaimer, Al Majla, Al Maani, Al Nahesh, Al-Taqnia, Al-Hadidiya, Al-Hanabej, Al-Khalidiyah, Al-Khamsin Al-Janobi).
The neighborhoods include: (Al-Khamsin Al-Shamali, Al-Rawda, Nizwa, Al-Ruwaisa, Al-Zuwairah, Al-Sharafa, Al-Salihiyah, Al-Aziziyah, Al-Aqiq, Olaya, Al-Quwaiz, Al-Qayrawan, Al-Ladam Al-Janobi, Al-Ladam Al-Shamali, Military School, Al-Ma’tala Hospital, Al-Ma’tala Al-Janouby, Al-Muqabla, Al-Montazah, Al-Nuzha, Al-Nuwaimah, Al-Wurud, Al-Walamin, Umm Samra District, Bahjah, Al-Hadidiya Industry District, Al-Sharafa Industrial Area, Tuwaiq-Al Tamim).
The registration includes: (real estate areas) in (Dawadmi Governorate, Jamsh Governorate, and Sajer Governorate).
Al-Jawf Neighborhoods
The registration includes the following neighborhoods in Al-Jawf District, Sakaka Governorate: (Al-Rahmaniyah, Al-Aziziyah, Al-Tilal, part of Al-Rabwah neighborhood, Al-Zuhur, Al-Sulaimaniyah, Al-Dahiya, Al-Jawhara, Al-Salam, Al-Nakhil, Al-Nahda, Al-Wurud, Al-Salihiyah, Al-Tilal, Al-Aziziyah, Badr, Al-Shoula, Al-Zahra, Al-Rabiyah, Al-Kawthar, Al-Faisaliah).
The registration includes: The following neighborhoods in the Al-Jawf region, Qurayyat Governorate: (Al-Nahda, Al-Andalus, Al-Nuzha, part of Al-Aqila Al-Janoubiyah neighborhood, part of Al-Shorouk neighborhood, part of Al-Izdihar neighborhood, Al-Zumrud, Al-Hada, Al-Tilal, Al-Khuzama, Al-Muruj, Al-Amal, Al-Manar, Al-Amir. Abdul Ilah bin Abdulaziz, Al-Wahah, King Fahd, Al-Aziziyah).
The registration includes: The following neighborhoods in the Al-Jawf region, Dumat Al-Jandal Governorate: (Al-Shifa, King Abdulaziz, Al-Safat, King Fahd, West Dumat Al-Jandal, Al-Ghadir, King Fahd).
Northern Border Neighborhoods
The registration includes the following neighborhoods in Al-Jawf Region, Tabarjal Governorate: (Al-Waha, Al-Wurud). The registration also includes the following neighborhoods in the Northern Border Region in the city of Arar: (Al-Rawabi neighborhood, Sulaymaniyah migration plan, Al-Zuhur, Al-Shorouk Al-Dari, East Jerusalem, West Jerusalem, Mohandiseen, Eastern Granada, Western Granada, Cordoba).
She explained that the selection of the neighborhoods was made according to specific criteria, and the rest of the regions, governorates and neighborhoods that will be subject to real estate registration work in various regions of the Kingdom during the coming periods will be announced successively.
She indicated" Real Estate Authority " The first registration of real estate in these areas and neighborhoods will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform, or through service centers.
It pointed out that in-kind registration requires the presence of a title deed that meets the regulatory requirements to complete the registration process.
Property title deed
The authority called on property owners in the areas and neighborhoods subject to in-kind registration to verify the property ownership deed and provide the necessary requirements in preparation for the start of registration.
She added that failure to register properties within the period specified in the announcement decision exposes their owners to the financial fines contained in the real estate registration system, which are determined by a committee specialized in looking into violations.

And starting from the date set for the start of registration, the registration will be issued. "Property number" And an ownership registration instrument for each real estate unit that is registered.
The ownership registration instrument will include the property’s data, descriptions, condition, and subsequent rights and obligations linked to accurate geospatial information, which contributes to strengthening the infrastructure and sustainability of the real estate sector.
The real estate registration system aims to raise real estate reliability and enhance transparency in the real estate sector.
