“Red Sea International” turns profitable in the third quarter of 2025
Red Sea International Company turned profitable in the third quarter of 2025 with 5.8 million riyals, compared to losses of 16.8 million riyals in the same quarter of last year.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The group recorded a noticeable improvement in net results, as the net loss in the third quarter of 2024 turned into a net profit during the third quarter of 2025, reaching a net profit of 5.85 million riyals, compared to a net loss of 16.84 million riyals in the corresponding period of 2024.
This achievement is mainly due to increased revenues, operational efficiency, and associated contribution margins to cover fixed costs.
The group recorded a decrease In net profit by 8% in the current quarter compared to the previous quarter, that is, from 6.39 million riyals in the second quarter of 2025 to 5.85 million riyals in the third quarter of 2025 due to the slight decrease in the gross profit margin ratio and the slight increase in costs of a fixed nature.
The group achieved a noticeable improvement in net results, as it converted the net loss in the similar period of the previous year into net profit during the current period.
This achievement is primarily due to increased revenues. and operational efficiency and associated contribution margins to cover fixed costs.
