Gold prices rose by 0.4% and US futures contracts increased

Gold prices rose today, Friday, reaching Highest level ever at $4,381.21 on October 20th.

As for other precious metals, silver rose in spot transactions by 0.7%, reaching $48.31 per ounce, but it is heading towards Weekly loss of 0.7%, while platinum fell by 0.4% to $1,534.21 and is heading for a weekly decline of about 2%, and palladium increased by 0.3% to $1,379.33 and is heading for weekly gains of 0.5%.
