Dubai Land Department receives 798 real estate complaints and violates 51 entities during October

The Dubai Land Department dealt with 798 real estate complaints during last October.

The monthly supervisory bulletin issued by the department today showed that it directed 51 real estate violations against entities that did not comply with the legislation.

The department obliged 417 real estate establishments to correct their conditions after detecting advertising violations, and issued 26 notices for non-compliance with the conditions of real estate advertisements.

It took measures to protect privacy after receiving 517 reports of unwanted calls.

The department’s inspectors conducted 100 field visits to verify companies’ compliance with the standards of the real estate profession.
